- Complete the requested license and identity checks through the secure channel in your instructions.

- Check your luggage and equipment plans, including any child seats or other extras you reserved.
If your flight changes, contact the team so you can confirm the next steps for your reservation.
If your reservation uses Park2Jet
After baggage claim, go to the West side of the terminal. Exit through doors 508 or 510, then go to Island 3 for the Park2Jet shuttle. Stay aboard at NU Rental Cars and tell the driver you are going to Uncovered Row I.

If your booking has a different pickup location
Use the delivery location and instructions in your booking messages. Do not take the Park2Jet shuttle unless that is the pickup arrangement on your reservation. If the location is unclear, call or text the team before leaving the terminal pickup area.
Before you drive away
Complete your required check-in photos, check the fuel or battery level, and take a moment to find the controls you will need. Set navigation while parked. If something about the vehicle or your instructions needs attention, contact the team before beginning your drive.
Plan the return before the last day
Confirm the return location, fuel or charge requirement, key instructions, and checkout steps in your reservation. Leave time for the vehicle return, any shuttle transfer, and airport security. The rental guest guide keeps the common reminders together.
